The parts are used originals and the warranty depends on the condition grade. Always contact us before a fault is investigated — otherwise the warranty is lost.
Every part has a condition grade, shown on the product page under “Condition grade”. The grade determines the warranty.
The warranty applies as long as the work has been done at an authorised workshop and according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Parts ordered specially — body sections that have to be cut out, or anything ordered to a specific request — carry no warranty and no right of exchange or return.
If a part is faulty, contact us by email before the fault is investigated or the part is taken apart — before opening the part, undoing screws or anything similar. If this is done without the seller’s approval, the warranty no longer applies. Normally we take the part back to inspect it, establish what caused the fault and proceed from there.
The part must be sent back complete and in the same condition as it was received. If parts have been replaced, are missing or have been damaged, the return is not accepted and freight and other costs may be charged.
These warranty terms do not limit your rights under Finnish consumer protection law. The seller is liable for defects even for a part with no separate warranty, such as grade M, and you always have the 14-day right of withdrawal described on the returns page.
