14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you or a person named by you receives the part. If an order arrives in several shipments, the period starts from the last one.

How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous notice before the 14 days end to finvaraosa@outlook.com. You may use the model form at the end of this page, but any clear message is enough. Simply refusing the delivery or returning the part without notice is not a withdrawal notice.

Returning the part

Return the part within 14 days of your notice, packed so that it survives transport.

• Return shipping is paid by: the customer
• Estimated cost: the return is sent from Finland to Sweden, so the price depends on the size and weight of the part. A small parcel is typically 20–40 €. An oversized part such as a door, a bonnet or a bumper costs clearly more and is worth asking us about before you send it.
• Instructions: pack the part so it survives transport, mark your order number on the parcel, and use a service with tracking. We do not provide a prepaid return label, and we cannot accept a parcel sent cash on delivery. Tell us the tracking number so we can watch for the parcel.

Refund

We refund the price of the part and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the part or you have shown that you sent it back.

Diminished value

You may inspect and test the part as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that, for example from installing the part.

Faulty parts and warranty

The parts are used, and normal wear is not a defect. If a part does not match its description or is otherwise faulty, contact us and we will agree on a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or cancelling the purchase. The warranty depends on the condition grade of the part and is described on the warranty page.
